About Activity
A leadership skills training course was conducted at Al-Khansa Commercial Institute for Girls, with the participation of 27 students from various departments of the institute. The course lasted for two days and aimed to equip the participants with the necessary skills to enable them to play a leadership role in their communities. The course was opened by the project manager, Ayman Al-Mahya, who explained that the project was designed to meet the needs of youth of both genders and to enable them to play an effective and leadership role in their universities and institutes.
Activity Results
The training program included comprehensive topics such as principles of effective leadership, communication techniques and team building, problem-solving strategies and decision-making, project management and community engagement. Through workshops and practical exercises, the participants were able to develop and apply their leadership competencies. At the end of the course, the students organized an event at the school level to showcase their new leadership skills.
