About Activity
This activity"group psychological support sessions" was designed to address the accumulated psychological stress among youth returning from frontlines and those at risk, a group whose suffering is exacerbated by conflict experiences and difficult socioeconomic conditions. The activity aims to help them understand their psychological issues and build practical coping skills.
The activity was implemented during July 20 - 26, 2025, lasting for six days. During this period, the program focused on educating participants about the psychological problems they face, their causes, symptoms, and how to deal with them. The program included practical exercises to enhance psychological security, cope with psychological pain and loss, analyze the surrounding environment to identify opportunities and challenges, and differentiate between the concepts of acceptance and surrender. The program relied on practical activities, examples, and visual presentations, equipping participants with skills to help them in their daily lives and enhance their ability to integrate into society.
Activity Results
Improved psychological well-being of participants and increased their ability to cope and integrate into the community by acquiring practical skills for dealing with stress.
