About Activity
This activity was implemented from July 20 to 26, 2025, with the aim of equipping youth who have experienced traumatic events with effective therapeutic skills and methods to help them overcome the effects of trauma. This is crucial as psychological trauma is a major obstacle to their reintegration into society.
The sessions for returnees from frontlines focused on understanding trauma, its stages, risks, and methods for dealing with its associated disorders such as fear, anxiety, and depression. Training was also provided on Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) techniques, the cognitive triangle, and Logotherapy according to Frankl's theory.
As for the at-risk group, the program focused on common disorders in this age group, such as isolation, family problems, anxiety, and depression. A set of therapeutic exercises was applied to help them develop a positive outlook towards society
Activity Results
Enhanced the ability of youth to cope with the effects of trauma and improved their mental health by equipping them with effective strategies to manage anxiety, depression, and trauma-related issues.
