About Activity
Resulting from the significant gap in life and social skills among youth affected by the conflict, whose decision-making abilities and healthy social interactions were impacted by war conditions, a six-day training program was designed. The training ran for eight hours daily and targeted youth from two categories: returnees from frontlines and those at risk.
The training focused on skills such as positive thinking, problem-solving, decision-making, anger management, and social skills like effective communication and team building. It also included labor market readi ness skills, such as CV writing and conducting job interviews. The program incorporated practical activities and training games that helped participants absorb the new skills and build their self-confidence.
