About Activity
Within the framework of the third year of the Takaamul Project, the Youth Without Borders for Development Organization implemented institutional and organizational assessment workshops for four coalitions in Taiz and Aden:
• Civil Voices Coalition (Taiz)
• Wahj Feminist Coalition (Taiz)
• Noon Feminist Coalition (Aden)
• Peace and Security Coalition (Aden)
The objectives of these workshops were to:
• Review the preliminary institutional and organizational assessment reports of the coalitions and produce final reports that accurately reflect their institutional status, outlining key strengths and weaknesses to be addressed by each coalition.
• Discuss capacity-building plans, which will subsequently serve as the foundation for development programs under the project.
Through these efforts, the Takaamul Project continues to strengthen the institutional capacities of the coalitions and empower them to play a more impactful and independent role in development and peacebuilding in Taiz and Aden Governorates.
