This study examines the working environment of women in Taiz City, specifically in the districts of Al-Qaherah and Al-Mudhaffar, under the Yemeni Labor Law. The research used a descriptive analytical method and surveyed 418 working women from the public sector, private sector, and civil society organizations. The results showed that women face several challenges such as gender discrimination in training and promotion opportunities, security difficulties due to the war, and social traditions that limit women’s participation in work. The study also found that many women have limited awareness of their legal rights. It recommends increasing legal awareness, improving working conditions, and supporting women’s participation in the labor market and decision-making positions.
