About Activity
Partnerships among local organizations are an effective tool for supporting peacebuilding efforts and enhancing the role of youth and women in society. However, successful management of these partnerships requires developing administrative and financial skills and aligning efforts among stakeholders to achieve shared goals efficiently.
As part of the Sharakat project, the activity "Capacity-Building Workshop for Partners" was implemented to enhance the skills of representatives from the Civil Alliance for Peace (CAP) and the Youth Peace and Security Pact (YPS Pact) in activity management and financial planning. The workshop focused on reviewing previous achievements, analyzing challenges, and designing a joint operational plan to improve coordination among partners.
The workshop was conducted from June 6 to June 8, 2022, in Taiz Governorate. Six representatives participated, three from CAP and three from YPS Pact, benefiting from practical training sessions on designing financial templates, developing activity monitoring mechanisms, and identifying additional training needs to improve future performance.
