Community projects aimed at addressing local issues require technical support to ensure effective implementation and the achievement of defined objectives. Providing consultations and continuous follow-up is essential to enhancing the capacities of organizations and local initiatives, improving their performance, and ensuring intervention efficiency.

As part of the Sharakat project, the activity "Technical Support" was implemented to provide technical assistance to civil society organizations and local initiatives. The activity focused on ensuring the quality of funded project implementation by engaging local consultants to support planning and execution processes. Efforts also included organizing regular follow-up meetings to review project progress and address any challenges faced by the implementing teams.

The activity was carried out from August to December 2022 in three governorates: Taiz, Aden, and Hadramout. It involved providing technical support to 10 entities, including three civil society organizations and seven youth and women’s initiatives. These entities benefited from the guidance of local consultants and follow-up reports that contributed to improving performance and achieving project goals.
