On January 19, 2014, the Youth Without Borders Organization for Development (YWBOD) began implementing a "Leadership" training course as part of their "Building Young Leaders" project. The course targeted 25 young men and women who were representatives of student groups across the government and private universities in Taiz.
Activity Results
The aim of this course was to build the leadership skills of the youth in order to empower them to play an effective leadership role as representatives of student groups in their respective colleges and universities. The project manager, Ayman Al-Muhayaa, emphasized that this project was designed to meet the targeted group's needs for the leadership skills necessary to perform their duties efficiently as leaders in the university student community.
