The Namaa Youth Team initiative implemented an activity/discussion session with the notables and elders of Al-Salkhanah neighborhood and representatives of the Water Corporation, as part of the project "Improving Community Peacebuilding Mechanisms in Yemen", funded by the Borderless Youth Development Organization in partnership with Saferworld.
Activity Results
In this activity, the initiative held a discussion session with notables and elders from the Al-Salkhanah area, along with representatives from the Water Corporation office in Al-Qahira district.
This activity contributed to:
- Discussing the reasons for the problem of water not reaching the area.
- Identifying the proposed objectives.
- Discussing the challenges and obstacles in achieving the objective.
The representative of the Water Corporation office in Al-Qahira district affirmed their cooperation with the Namaa Youth Team and providing assistance that contributes to the repairs and restoration of water pumping to the area.
