The launch was attended by the Deputy Director of Security in Taiz Governorate, Colonel Anis Al-Shammari, the Coordinator of the Ministry of Human Rights, Ms. Amal Al-Sabri, and the Advisor to the Peacebuilding Mechanisms Improvement Project of the Youth Without Borders Organization, Mr. Ghazi Al-Bana.

In his statement, the Deputy Director of Security in the Governorate, Colonel Anis Al-Shammari, said: "We thank the Youth Without Borders organization and the 'A Better Future Team' for their interest in training and qualifying security unit officers, and we welcome any joint cooperation between the official security agencies and civil society organizations that achieves the goals of enhancing community security in general."

It is worth noting that the 'A Better Future Team' is implementing the second phase of this project, after having implemented several other projects aimed at strengthening peacebuilding and enhancing community security in the past months, with funding from the Saferworld organization and the Youth Without Borders Organization for Development in Taiz Governorate.
