About Project
A conference of the "local" electronic and field platform was held in Taiz Governorate, where 30 women leaders in Taiz participate in the field platform. The two platforms (electronic and field) will work to conduct local dialogues that contribute to integrating the priorities of the issues of displaced women in the economy, social services and social coexistence at all stages of humanitarian work, development and peace.
The conference was attended by the Deputy Director of the Social Affairs and Labor Office, Fouad Abdullah, as well as Ahlam Al-Muqallah, a journalist and member of the platform, in addition to a number of media professionals and journalists.
The establishment of this electronic platform and the real-world platform comes as one of the activities of the project "Humanitarian Dialogue for Peace and for Displaced Women and Girls in Yemen", implemented by the Youth Without Borders for Development organization in partnership with the Ethar Foundation for Humanitarian Development and with international partnership with the United Nations Entity for Gender Equality and the Empowerment of Women, and funded by the Women's Peace and Humanitarian Fund.
