The "Enhancing Mediation in Yemen"

(LMY) project, funded by the European Union and implemented by several local organizations including Ranin! Yemen and Youth Without Borders Organization for Development, aims to support peacebuilding and strengthen mechanisms for resolving community conflicts. The project focuses on empowering local mediation networks and reconciliation committees in the governorates of Marib, Shabwa, Lahj, and Taiz, by providing safe spaces for dialogue and enhancing coordination between civil society and security and local authorities. The project contributes to boosting community participation and linking local mediation efforts with national and international initiatives, supporting the United Nations' efforts to achieve peace and stability in Yemen.
